Botanical Rose for Current Mood by Dolls Kill

This elaborate and bold floral applique design was created for Dolls Kill in house brand Current Mood. The inspiration for this collection was a feminine customer that enjoys statement pieces that have retro references rooted in the boho style. Given the direction from the designer I wanted to create a highly detailed and romantic botanical design in a bright orange tone that would pop on the black silk ground of this corset. This embroidery design was applied to a leather corset, and velvet boots.
